PESHAWAR—Vice-President of Peshawar Press Club (PPC) and a reporter at daily 92 News, Shahzada Fahad tested positive for COVID-19 in Peshawar on Monday.
Shah Faysal, a Frontier Post journalist, made this announcement on Twitter.
Jamshed Baghwan, bureau chief at Express News, also confirmed this in his tweet.
More than 150 journalists have tested positive for COVID-19 in Pakistan, and several have died since the spread of the pandemic.
Fakhruddin Syed, a reporter at 92 News Television, died of coronavirus last week at the Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) in Peshawar
