Sindh official 'takes serious notice' of attacks on news organization, club

KARACHI: Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh on Information and Archives, Moula Bux Chandio, has taken serious notice of the attack by protesters on Hyderabad Press Club.

He directed the police and district administration Hyderabad to take extraordinary measures for provision of maximum security to journalists community, press clubs and offices of the media organizations. In a statement Friday, he strongly condemned the ransacking of Hyderabad Press Club and Aaj TV office in Karachi and expressed his firm resolve on the part of the Sindh Government for the security and safety of journalists, press clubs, technical staff and offices of the electronic and print media organizations. - APP
