Shahbaz Sharif announces grants for Journalists' Colony in Multan
Shahbaz Sharif has pledged Rs149 million for a new journalists' colony in Multan during a meeting with Press Club representatives. The initiative reflects the PML-N government's commitment to developing southern Punjab.

LAHORE - Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, during a meeting with Multan Press Club executive body and resident editors, announced two grants of Rs53 million and Rs96 million for development of a colony for journalists in Multan.

He said that development of south Punjab and prosperity of its dwellers was a top priority of the PML-N government.

The delegation consisted of Multan Press Club President Shakil Anjum, Rao Shamim, Shaukat Ashfaq, Dr. Amjad Bokhari, Mehr Aziz, Nauman Khan Babar, Mirza Nadeem, Ejaz Tareen and others.
