RIUJ to probe if ARY lent any help to ailing staffer who later died
The Rawalpindi-Islamabad Union of Journalists has initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a cameraman. Reports suggest that ARY News may have denied medical assistance to the staffer suffering from a kidney ailment.

ISLAMABAD – The Rawalpindi-Islamabad Union of Journalists (RIUJ) Wednesday constituted a committee to ascertain if ARY News management extended medical help to its cameraman who died last week.

There were reports that Sardar Faisal was refused help by his organization for treating his kidney ailment.

Mubarak Zeb Khan, President of RIUJ named Asghar Chaudhry and Talat Farooq, on the committee.

He directed the committee to submit its report within three days.
