Khawar Naeem joins 92 News as Lahore bureau chief
Khawar Naeem Hashmi joins 92 News as the Lahore bureau chief after leaving BOL News. He previously served at Geo as their bureau chief, poised to enhance reporting.

LAHORE - Khawar Naeem Hashmi, one of the finest broadcast journalists in Pakistan, has joined 92 News as bureau chief Lahore after a stint at BOL News.

He assumed charge at the start of the year and is expected to further improve the channel's reporting from Lahore. Hashmi spent several years with Geo as their Lahore bureau chief before quitting in January last year to join BOL as the senior executive vice president.

Unfortunately BOL could never hit the airwaves after its parent company Axact was allegedly found involved in selling fake degrees and the channel's CEO got arrested.
