Journalist Ghulam Abbas Shah rejoins BOL News

ISLAMABAD – Journalist Ghulam Abbas Shah has rejoined BOL News as Senior News Manager, almost 18 months after having to leave the channel.

Until recently, he was working with Aaj News in Islamabad as content head of Rana Mubashir’s talk show.

Abbas’ first stint with BOL ended abruptly in 2015 after the channel ran into problems with the authorities and could not go on air back then.

At one time Abbas was the Pakistan Bureau Chief of India TV. He has also worked with NewsOne Television as Controller News where he hosted many live transmissions and also conducted a prime time show.

He started his career in 1999 and is respected among television journalists for his professional skills and friendly attitude. He also contributed to Express News Karachi for some months.
