ISLAMABAD:Jehan Pakistan, a publication of the University of Lahore, hit the newsstands in Islamabad Monday morning.
The Urdu-language daily was expected to come out at the start of the year but got delayed after the group’s CEO Abid Abdullah quit in December.Hehad helped put together the entire launch team but was blamed for hiring staff at exorbitant salaries.
Jehan Pakistan, is barely three months old and was first launched in Karachi in November followed by Lahore in December.
