IHC notices to secretaries of interior and foreign ministries
The Islamabad High Court has issued notices regarding the repatriation of journalist Arshad Sharif's body. The court has asked officials to liaise with Sharif's family and submit a report.

ISLAMABAD—The Islamabad High Court on Monday issued notices to the interior and foreign ministries' secretaries on bringing back the body of journalist Arshad Sharif, killed in Kenya.

In a tweet, Siddique Jan, Bureau Chief BOL News, said the court had ordered the relevant officials to get in touch with Sharif's family.

The IHC asked the relevant institutions to submit a report. The court put off the hearing till Tuesday.
