Ghulam Abbas Shah joins Discover Pakistan as Head of Programming
Ghulam Abbas Shah has been appointed as the Head of Programming at Discover Pakistan Television. With 25 years of experience in journalism, Shah aims to enhance programming standards at the channel.

ISLAMABAD—Veteran journalist Ghulam Abbas Shah has joined Discover Pakistan Television, the country’s largest infotainment channel, as the Head of Programming.

With a distinguished career spanning 25 years, Shah has worked with some of Pakistan’s top news organizations, including News One, Express News, Aaj TV, and BOL News. Over the years, he has established himself as a seasoned media professional known for his expertise in news programming, editorial strategy, and content curation.

Speaking to JournalismPakistan.com, Shah expressed his enthusiasm for this new role. "This new journey is a continuation of my commitment to quality content and storytelling. I am excited to bring my experience and insights to Discover Pakistan and contribute to its growth as a leading infotainment platform," he said.
