ISLAMABAD - Senior journalist Abid Malik has quit Dunya TV after a three-year stint and joined the upcoming website Urdu News.
It is a project of the Saudi Research and Marketing Group where Malik will work as a multimedia producer.
Malik was a senior correspondent with Dunya TV for almost four years and extensively covered such beats as prime minister, PTI, PML-N, and the parliament.
He also served at Geo News for more than eight years before joining Samaa, and later moved to BOL News.
He has more than 18 years of experience in journalism.
The Saudi Research and Marketing Group launched its online Pakistan edition of Arab News in February 2018. It now has plans to start Independent Urdu which too will be digital.
If my call is so important to them, why don’t they answer it for 22 minutes?
