Dr. Nauman Niaz reinstated as PTV Director Sports
Dr. Nauman Niaz has returned to his role as Director Sports at PTV following a dispute over a contract. His reinstatement follows the removal of key officials.

ISLAMABAD - Dr. Nauman Niaz, Director Sports & Syndication at PTV who was made an OSD last month over a row regarding signing a contract with ARY Karachi Kings as brand and media partners has been reinstated.

He assumed charge on Friday via an office order, restored to his previous position as Director Sports & Syndication of the PTV and Head of the PTV Sports.

Reportedly, the Secretary Information Broadcasting & National Heritage and an Acting MD PTVC, Mrs Saba Mohsin was removed from both the offices and posted as DG Radio after it was established she had given the executive approval which vindicated Dr. Niaz.
