ISLAMABAD—Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Zeba Chaudhry has granted pre-arrest interim bail to ARY Islamabad Bureau Chief Khawar Ghumman in an FIR registered for inciting mutiny, Dawn reported.
