JournalismPakistan expands global footprint as media partner of Asia Ink Expo 2026
JournalismPakistan has been named media partner for Asia Ink Expo 2026 in Guangzhou, marking its second year of collaboration and underscoring its growing international media presence.

ISLAMABAD — JournalismPakistan has been named the official media partner of The Asia Ink Expo 2026, an international ink industry exhibition scheduled to take place from October 15 to 17, 2026, at the Guangzhou Aerotropolis Expo Center in China. This marks the second consecutive year that JournalismPakistan is partnering with the event.

The renewed collaboration reflects JournalismPakistan’s expanding international standing within the global media landscape, particularly in covering specialized industries and cross-border developments. As a media partner, JournalismPakistan will support coverage and visibility of the expo for audiences interested in innovation, sustainability, and industrial transformation.

Focus on sustainability and green inks

Commenting on the partnership, Imran Naeem Ahmad, co-founder and editor of JournalismPakistan.com, said the collaboration reflects the platform’s growing engagement with international industry forums that are shaping global conversations.

“Partnering again with Asia Ink Expo is an important step for JournalismPakistan as we continue to strengthen our international presence and connect our audience with global industry developments, especially those focused on sustainability and innovation,” Ahmad said.

The Asia Ink Expo 2026 is being held under the theme “Green Ink · Vibrant World,” highlighting the growing importance of environmental sustainability in the global ink and printing industries. The event is timed to coincide with a period when manufacturers and regulators are increasingly prioritizing environmentally friendly production practices.

Industry participation and global exchange

A key focus of the expo will be the advancement of water-based printing inks, which are gaining prominence as alternatives to solvent-based inks. The exhibition will explore technological advancements, performance enhancements, and market adoption of these products across various regions.

Ink manufacturers, printing bag companies, ink distributors, raw material suppliers, international buyers, and industry experts are expected to participate. Alongside established printing ink producers, innovative enterprises are preparing to introduce a new generation of water-based products designed to meet rising demand and higher quality standards.

Technical forums and special events

European printing industry stakeholders are among those encouraging the shift toward environmentally friendly inks through policy support and industry advocacy. Organizers say the expo will provide opportunities for dialogue between Asian and international participants on regulatory, technical, and market trends.

In addition to the exhibition, AIE 2026 will host a series of specialized activities, including the Asia Ink Industry Chain Technical Exchange Meeting, the Ink Summit Forum, the Ink Night networking event, and Full Color Ink Speed Printing Challenge demonstrations. These events aim to promote technical exchange and collaboration across the ink supply chain.

Reflecting on the broader significance of the event, Ahmad said the partnership aligns with JournalismPakistan’s editorial focus on covering innovation-driven industries with global impact. “Events like Asia Ink Expo highlight how industries are responding to global sustainability challenges, and we see value in bringing these conversations to our readers through credible, industry-focused journalism,” he said.
