Masked men attack and injure reporter in Peshawar
A group of masked men attacked Kamran Gul, a crime reporter in Peshawar, leaving him injured. The incident took place in his office and is believed to be linked to his journalistic work.

PESHAWAR – Unidentified masked men on Monday attacked and injured journalist Kamran Gul in his office of Roznama Akhbar located in the Gul Bahar area.

According to reports, eight to 10 men barged into the newspaper’s office and beat him up with iron rods and sticks.

The assailants fled the scene after Gul, a crime reporter, began bleeding profusely. It is believed the attack was related to his work.

The CCPO has constituted a four-member committee headed by SSP Operations to probe the incident.
