ISLAMABAD — Journalist Ahmad Noorani has claimed that a person introducing himself as inspector of an intelligence agency visited his home in his absence on Wednesday.
Calling it an act of harassment, Noorani said in a tweet that when his mother opened the door, the purported inspector said he had come to escort “Noorani for producing him before a high ranking officer at 11 am tomorrow (Thursday).”
The journalist maintained that “this isn’t a decent way to approach somebody. It is rather an act of harassment.”
He said he had shared details of the visitor with a few friends and family members as a precaution.
