The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) has launched the Disarming Disinformation Solutions Challenge 2024, inviting media innovators, technology experts, and creative thinkers to join the fight against global disinformation.

The challenge calls on experienced professionals to submit their ideas and strategies for leveraging new technologies to help news publishers more effectively reach audiences, especially those most vulnerable to misinformation.

Participants are tasked with answering a critical question: How can news publishers use innovative tools and approaches to ensure quality information reaches the people who need it most?

The initiative aims to develop breakthrough solutions to counter the spread of disinformation, empowering news outlets to stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
