Online editor takes up OGRA job

ISLAMABAD: Afzal Bajwa, Editor of the Online International News Network has taken up a job at the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) as a media consultant, his new employers said.

JournalismPakistan.com had reported his resignation from Online on December 1. There were reports earlier that he was to join ATV but he did not do so after being offered a position in Lahore. Bajwa is based in Islamabad.

He joined Online from The Nation where he was the Chief Reporter in February 2011. Previously he worked at Business Recorder, Financial Post and Frontier Post.
