M. Ziauddin's health improves
M. Ziauddin, a veteran journalist, has improved after being taken off the ventilator. His recovery process continues, though he remains fatigued.

ISLAMABAD—Veteran journalist M. Ziauddin, recently put on a ventilator due to critical health issues, has shown some improvement.

"Ziauddin is now off the ventilator and on spontaneous respiration," Murtuza Solangi, Executive Editor Naya Daur Media and a former director-general Radio Pakistan tweeted.

According to him, Ziauddin is still weak and looks fatigued because of his recent pneumonia and heart problem. "This [health recovery] will take some time," he further stated, requesting prayers for his complete recovery.
