JHANG—A four-member gang of fake journalists was caught red-handed involved in illegal activities within the jurisdiction of Athara Hazari Police Station in Jhang.
According to Daily Dunya, one female journalist was also part of the gang.
Reportedly, Saira Khizar Hayat, Mohammed Fayyaz, Abu Bakr and Liaquat Ali, were imposing fines of Rs25,000 each on various local petrol pumps on behalf of the deputy commissioner.
Cash and fake press cards were also recovered from their possession.
