ISLAMABAD: To compete in a competitive market, Abb Takk Television has invested Rs1billion in new programming.
Eight of the new programs are due for launch on September 15 while Jasmine Manzoor, who has joined in from Samaa, will go on air with her current affairs program next month.
Among the new programs are Breakfast with Ali Haider, Sangeet Show hosted by film star Sana, Hazraat show with Shakeel and Kashif, Red with Mathira, Abb Sab Dekhein Ge (Season II) with Paras and a few other reenactment shows.
Abb Takk TV, launched in April belongs to Apna Television, a Punjabi-language channel owned by Fahad Hussain Shah who also runs Apna Entertainment and Kook Television.
