Four reporters quit The Nation, move to Daily Times

ISLAMABAD: Four reporters have quit The Nation in Islamabad to take up jobs at the rival Daily Times.

The resignations of Ahmed Ahmadani, Asim Qadeer Rana, Sikandar Shaheen and Amir Jalil Bopra came following the arrival of new Resident Editor Salman Masood, a JournalismPakistan.com source says.

Daily Times has employed these reporters on salaries said to be much higher than what they were getting at The Nation.

There are reports of a few more reporters also planning a move.
