Neo TV hires anchor Ali Mumtaz
Ali Mumtaz has left News One to join Neo Television as a new anchor. He is set to start hosting a current affairs show after August 14.

ISLAMABAD: Anchorperson Ali Mumtaz, previously with News One, has signed up with Neo Television where he is likely to host a current affairs program after August 14. He had joined News One in March this year and hosted “Mera Sawal,” a program that failed to attract viewership. Mumtaz started his career in journalism from Radio Pakistan in 2000 and remained associated with numerous news channels including Express News, CNBC, Samaa TV and Dunya News. He rose to prominence in 2011 through his talk show “Sirf Such” on Express News.
