This is what Geo-Jang Group journalists have been up to; it's incredible
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to end its boycott of the Geo-Jang Group after meetings with their journalists. This decision follows a long-standing rivalry over political coverage.

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesman Fawad Hussain Chaudhry (pictured) on Thursday said the party has decided to end the boycott of Geo-Jang Group.

In a tweet, Fawad announced that after a meeting between the party leadership and Geo-Jang journalists, the decision to end the boycott was reached.

“After the recent meetings between Geo-Jang group journalists and PTI leadership, on the request of the Jang group journalist PTI has decided to end the Jang group boycott from today.”

The tweet, however, did not name the journalists who met with the PTI leadership.

Since the PTI sit-in in Islamabad, the row between the party and the media group has been one of the bitter rivalries in Pakistan’s history. The political coverage of the Jang Group has been anti-PTI while Chairman Imran Khan has on more than one occasion termed the group a mouthpiece of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
