JournalismAI Festival 2025 to be held in-person in London this November

The JournalismAI Festival—a leading global gathering on the future of artificial intelligence in journalism—will take place on November 11–12, 2025, in London.

After several years of being held online, this year marks the festival’s long-awaited return to an in-person format. Journalists, editors, newsroom innovators, and media leaders from across the world will meet in London to discuss how AI is reshaping the way news is reported, produced, and distributed. Select sessions will also be live-streamed, ensuring global accessibility.

The festival, organized under the JournalismAI initiative, has become a flagship annual event that explores the opportunities and challenges artificial intelligence brings to journalism.

Theme Focus for 2025:

AI in News Production & Workflows: Examining how automation and machine learning tools are enhancing editorial efficiency.

Audience Engagement & Distribution: Understanding how AI personalizes news delivery and fosters deeper connections with readers.

Reporting, Research & Verification: Investigating AI’s role in supporting journalists with fact-checking, misinformation detection, and investigative reporting.

The event promises interactive panels, keynote speeches, and collaborative discussions designed to foster knowledge-sharing between journalists and technologists.
