Photojournalists from around the world are invited to participate in the 15th annual Carmignac Photojournalism Award. The Carmignac Foundation is now accepting applications. This award honors those who venture into areas often overlooked by mainstream media.

This year's theme focuses on Southeast Asia, highlighting the human and environmental rights violations resulting from illegal fishing and overfishing. The winner will receive a 50,000 euros (US$54,225) grant to support the creation, production, and promotion of an in-depth photo series.
