Applications open for Rest & Resilience Fellowship in Berlin

Reporters Without Borders Germany (RSF) and the Taz Panter Foundation have announced the opening of applications for the Rest & Resilience Fellowship 2025. The fellowship, which runs from May 1st to October 31st, 2025, invites two journalists from countries with restricted press freedom to take a six-month break in Berlin. The fellowship provides a furnished apartment, monthly stipend, visa, and travel costs, as well as psychosocial support, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Applicants must have several years of journalism experience, a personal threat profile due to their work, and be proficient in English.
