Waqar Younis has reacted angrily to comments made by Najam Sethi about his coaching performance. Younis accuses Sethi of engaging in politics rather than cricket.

ISLAMABAD - Former Test cricketer Waqar Younis has reacted angrily to Najam Sethi's assertion that the speedster’s performance as coach of the national team was not satisfactory as he tells the former PCB chief to “stick to your dirty politics.”

In a TV interview, Sethi (pictured) talks against former Test players – Rashid Khan, Mohsin Khan, and Waqar Younis, asserting that the former players brought into the PCB were tainted and sifarshi.

Commenting on the interview, Younis said: “Safaarshii tola Look who’s talking..Kamal karta ho aap be @najamsethi sb..Kuch be bolta rahta ho #Dabang of @pcb Your days in cricket are well over dear. Stick to your dirty politics.”

Wasim Akram liked Younis’ tweet.

After his stint at PCB, Sethi has now joined AAP TV as president.
