Khabrain boss Zia Shahid passes away
Zia Shahid, a prominent figure in Pakistani journalism and editor-in-chief of Khabrain Group, has died at the age of 78. His passing has left a significant impact on the media community, with many expressing their condolences.

LAHORE—Veteran journalist Zia Shahid of Khabrain Group has died at the age of 78 following an illness.

He underwent treatment for a heart ailment at the Shaikh Zayed Hospital in Lahore for two weeks. He was editor-in-chief of Khabrain newspaper and Channel Five.During his career, he was associated with various publications.

Journalists, union leaders, prominent politicians and others have expressed shock over his demise.
