Kashif Uddin joins Pushto-language Mashriq Television

PESHAWAR – Kashif Uddin, who once worked for Samaa, has joined the recently-launched Mashriq Television as Senior Assignment Editor.

 

The channel went on air on August 14, becoming the first Pushto-language channel operating out of Peshawar. Kashif joined this organization from Neo TV where he hosted the program Hum Watan. He has had a previous relationship with Mashriq Media Group having worked for their Urdu daily at the start of his career.

 

He also worked for Samaa as a senior reporter for almost eight years.
