Channel 92 set for January launch

ISLAMABAD: Channel 92, Pakistan’s first HD television channel that will air news, infotainment and current affairs programs, is set for a January 2015 launch.
According to the website hipinpakistan.com the channel's team comprises senior journalists and media managers. Veteran media manager Yousuf Baig Mirza is the Managing Director, Mian Tahir Director News and Zameer Haider, the Islamabad Bureau Chief at Channel 92.
The Channel 92 website says its studios are designed by a top architect in town, and are equipped with modern High Definition cameras and lights.
It also claims to have more than 300 reporters across Pakistan.
