Veteran journalist Abdul Razzaq Chishti assumes a key role in PFUJ-W
Abdul Razzaq Chishti has been appointed as the central information secretary of PFUJ-W. With over 30 years of experience in journalism, he brings valuable expertise to the organization.

ISLAMABAD—Senior journalist Abdul Razzaq Chishti has been appointed the central information secretary of the Pakistan Federal Union Journalists Workers (PFUJ-W).

Chishti has over three decades of experience working with mainstream newspapers, including Nawa-e-Waqt. He has also worked with NGOs and INGOs, focusing on electoral reforms and strengthening parliament. At one time he served as the editor of the daily Al-Sharaq.

The meeting of PJFU-W, chaired by Pervez Shaukat, dissolved the Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists Workers (RIUJ-W). It was decided to re-organize the RIUJ-W. For the appointment of new representatives, a four-member committee was also established.
