Senior photojournalist Gulshan Aziz passes away

PESHAWAR—Senior photojournalist Gulshan Aziz passed away on Monday in Peshawar following a long illness. He was associated with Mashriq newspaper.

According to journalist Kashifuddin, his namaz-i-janaza was offered at Jamia Masjid, Zaryab Colony. A large number of journalists, colleagues, friends, and relatives attended the prayers.

His colleagues expressed grief over the demise of the legendary photojournalist who spent his career in journalism with Mashriq. He was also a lifetime member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Journalists Association.
