ISLAMABAD - Senior journalists and analysts Rauf Klasra (pictured left) and Amir Mateen have returned to 92 News less than a year after quitting the channel to join ARY News.
The announcement was made through the channel's official Twitter account. "Two big names of journalism have once again become part of 92 News," said the tweet.
Both had parted ways with 92 News around May last year to sign up with ARY. There they hosted the program Khabar Say Khabar Tak.
However, their program was abruptly stopped by ARY that perhaps prompted them to start looking elsewhere. Insiders say the arrival of Dr. Shahid Masood at ARY from NewsOne Television may have something to do with their departure.

He is known for his crisp writing and in-depth analyses on parliamentary proceedings and internal politics of different parties.
