Express TV reporter Shabbir Hussain passes away
Shabbir Hussain, a reporter for Express Group, passed away following a cardiac arrest after delivering a live beeper. His untimely death has shocked the journalist community.

ISLAMABAD—The journalist community has expressed extreme shock at the tragic demise of Shabbir Hussain, a reporter with Express Group. After delivering a live beeper for the news channel, the journalist died of a cardiac arrest.

According to ARY reporter Hassan Ayub Khan, Hussain had come to the Supreme Court for reporting, where he was taken to hospital after having a cardiac arrest. He could not recover.

"How unpredictable Life can be - Shabbir Hussain, a journalist with Express News was live earlier this morning, hours later he suffered a cardiac arrest and is no more with us - Rest in Peace," journalist Anas Mallick tweeted.

Several other journalists, including Hamid Mir, Iftikhar Ahmed, Isma Shaukat, and Javeria Siddique, took to Twitter to offer condolences to the deceased journalist's family.

Prime Minister AJK Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb, and other dignitaries, expressed sorrow and grief over the demise. Their separate condolence statements prayed for the deceased's complete forgiveness and the bereaved family's patience.
