ARY News claims its transmission blocked in several areas
ARY News reported that their transmission was blocked by PTCL during Imran Khan's rally. Affected areas include several cities in Punjab. PEMRA stated that their service continued uninterrupted.

ISLAMABAD—Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) blocked ARY News channel on its TV cable service during former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Lahore rally at Minar-e-Pakistan.

ARY News reported that the transmission was blocked in Lahore areas, including PCSIR, College Road, and others. The transmission was also suspended in different cities, including Zafarwal, Daska, Chichawatni, Sehwan, Jamshoro, and Mansehra.

The local cable operators moved the ARY News channel to the last numbers in Zafarwal and Kot Radha Kishan.

The internet service in different areas of Lahore was also affected.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) said that ARY's transmission on cable networks, including PTCL, continued uninterrupted.
