RAWALPINDI – Veteran journalist Mohammad Hasan Rabay passed away on Wednesday night following a prolonged illness. He was 82.
He died at the Fauji Foundation Hospital in Rawalpindi.
Rabay started his career with The Pakistan Times, Rawalpindi in 1960 and later worked for the Emirates News, Abu Dhabi.
He returned to Pakistan and joined The Frontier Post, Peshawar and later The Muslim, in Islamabad.
He was laid to rest at the Army Graveyard, Rawalpindi Thursday evening.
He leaves behind two daughters.
His Qul will be held at his residence NE-34/B, Tipu Road (Rawalpindi Medical College Road) on Friday (July 20) at 5:30 pm.
