Samaa crew manhandled, beaten
A Samaa Television reporter was manhandled in Faisalabad while her cameraman was beaten up during their assignment. The police have arrested the attacker but are reportedly giving him special treatment.

FAISALABAD:  A female Samaa Television reporter was manhandled Saturday in Faisalabad and a cameraman with her beaten up while on assignment.


Samaa.tv  reported that a man riding a police motorbike manhandled reporter Shehnaz Mehmood and thrashed Abid Minhas. The website said that although police had arrested the perpetrator, he was being accorded VIP treatment at the police station. He was not identified.
