Journalist gunned down in Sukkur

SUKKUR—Unidentified shooters gunned down Hindu journalist Ajay Laalwani, a reporter with Royal News TV on Thursday in Sukkur.

They sprayed bullets on the reporter as he sat at a barber’s shop. The assailants then fled.

Laalwani was rushed to the Civil Hospital, Sukkur where he succumbed to his injuries.

Local journalists have called on the authorities to take action for the quick arrest of the perpetrators.
