Fereeha Idrees joins GNN TV
Fereeha Idrees has officially joined GNN TV along with her team from Abb Takk. Known for her unbiased reporting, she is set to launch a new show soon.

ISLAMABAD—Prominent journalist and anchor Fereeha M Idrees has joined GNN TV reportedly with her entire team from Abb Takk.

"Fereeha Idrees, a name of fearless, transparent and unbiased journalism is coming very soon only on GNN," the official Twitter handle of the TV channel tweeted while sharing a video promo of the upcoming show.

Last week, Idrees, said goodbye to Abb Takk, where she hosted the flagship talk show "Tonight with Fereeha" since joining in March 2015.

Fereeha started her journalism career in the United Kingdom by joining a famous women's magazine. Later, she worked with The Guardian, BBC, Channel 4, and The Daily Mirror and wrote extensively for many publications in Pakistan and Europe.

She also worked as a spokesperson for the Muslim Council of Britain. She holds a post-graduate degree in broadcast and print journalism from the University of Westminster, UK.

Fereeha has also been associated with CNBC Pakistan, Samaa TV, and Waqt News.
