BOL HR boss shot dead in Karachi

Noman Ali Rajput, the Associate VP of HR at Axact and BOL, was shot dead in Karachi. His tragic death has left the organization and his family in mourning.

KARACHI: Associate Vice President Human Resource Department at Axact and BOL Media Group, Noman Ali Rajput was shot dead near North Nazimabad in the wee hours of Thursday. According to reports, Noman was heading home from office when unknown assailants shot him in the head near Hyderi Market, leaving him critically injured. He was rushed to Agha Khan Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds. Insiders at BOL say Noman had called upon an urgent meeting at 9am the same day where he wanted to discuss some key issues on the current situation of BOL and Axact. Noman was associated with Axact and BOL Media Group for the last three years. "The exuberant 35-year-old Noman was a dedicated member of our Axactian & BOLwala family, proving his commendable skills in Human Resource Management and rising up to the position of Head of Talent Acquisition in a short span of time. The deceased is survived by a spouse and 2 children," BOL said in a blog. "The entire Axact & BOL Media Group management and employees are deeply saddened by the untimely loss of such a wonderful human being and a talented asset to the organization; while demanding the relevant law enforcement authorities to track down the perpetrators of this heinous act of violence and barbarism and to bring them to justice as swiftly as possible," BOL said.
