Abducted Geo News Executive Producer Zubair Anjum returns home safe
Zubair Anjum, an executive producer at Geo News, was abducted but has safely returned home. His family confirmed he was in good health upon his return.

KARACHI—Zubair Anjum, an executive producer at Geo News who was taken away by unknown men accompanied by police, returned home early Wednesday morning.

Geo News reported that the journalist returned home after midnight on Wednesday. The brother said the journalist was in good health when he returned home.

Earlier, the Sindh Journalist Protection Commission had ordered the journalist's recovery.

Saadat Ali, brother of Anjum, said earlier that unknown men, some in police uniform and others with their faces covered, came to their house and took away Anjum.
