Javed Iqbal joins 7 News as Director Programs
Javed Iqbal, formerly a prominent figure at Geo, has taken on the role of Director Programs at 7 News. He is expected to host a talk show as well.

ISLAMABAD – Javed Iqbal, once the face of Geo has joined 7 News Television as Director Programs where he is also likely to host a talk show.

He had a short stint with Pushto language Mashriq TV as CEO early last year but left following differences with the management even before the channel’s launch.

Iqbal gained prominence at Geo where he was the pioneer news anchor. He also later worked with Dunya, Capital TV and BOL.
