Bol TV starts hiring staff
BOL TV is ramping up its operations by beginning the recruitment process for its Lahore newsroom. The channel aims for an imminent launch and may attract staff from other local media outlets.

LAHORE: Aiming for a launch soon, BOL TV is reported to have started hiring staff in Lahore. Those aware of the developments tell JournalismPakistan.com the channel’s newsroom workforce could come from Express News and Dunya Television.

According to their website, BOLis a complete media enterprise consisting of platforms that are important and relevant to audience, including television (News, Entertainment and Sports), Digital Media (Web, Social Media & Media Apps), Print Media (Newspaper and Magazines), Cinemas & Movies, Theatre and Radio.

Capital TV, another news channel is likely to hit the airwaves on March 23.
