Amir Mateen has joined 92 News, set to launch next month. With over two decades of experience, he is known for his insight on politics and parliamentary matters.

ISLAMABAD: Senior journalist and political analyst Amir Mateen has joined 92 News Television that is to go on air next month.

He was working for The News as a senior reporter and brings along over 20 years of experience working with mainstream newspapers, BBC Radio and TV channels.

Mateen is known for his crisp writing and in-depth analyses on parliamentary proceedings and internal politics of different parties. Unconfirmed reports say he could join Rauf Klasra in a current affairs talk show.

92 News, will be Pakistan’s first HD television channel that will air news, infotainment and current affairs programs.
