Nadeem Malik claims his interview of president edited under pressure

ISLAMABAD: Nadeem Malik, host of the talk show ‘Nadeem Malik Live’ on Samaa TV, has claimed that a part of his interview with President Arif Alvi regarding the reappointment of the army chief “was edited” under pressure.
However, in his tweet, the anchorperson did not explain who exerted pressure for editing that part. concerning the appointment of army chief.
In the tweet, Malik said: “Samaa TV under pressure edited part of the interview, including Q&A with President @ArifAlvi about reappointment of Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa. President said he had signed the summary.”
With the tweet, he also posted the relevant clip in which the president says that all formalities in reappointing the army chief have been take care of.
