PTI supporters attack Jang Group offices near D-Chowk
Supporters of PTI attempted to attack Jang Group offices near D-Chowk in Islamabad. The protests were sparked by claims of bias against the party by the media group.

ISLAMABAD—Following the call of PTI Chairman Imran Khan to reach D-Chowk, the party supporters Wednesday tried to attack the Jang Group offices, Geo News reported.

Reportedly, some pedestrians, raising anti-media slogans, pelted stones at the office building of Jang and Geo News using catapults. There was no police presence outside the building.

DSNGs of the TV channel were also damaged during protests in other cities, including Karachi and Lahore.

PTI leaders complain that the Jang Group has been involved in spreading propaganda and baseless news against the party for a long time.
