PFUJ condemns brutality against veteran journalist G.N Mughal
The Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists has condemned the recent attack on veteran journalist G.N Mughal in Hyderabad. They demand swift action and enhanced security measures for journalists.

ISLAMABAD—Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) has strongly condemned the beating up of senior and veteran journalist G.N Mughal in Hyderabad by unknown assailants after breaking into his house.

President PFUJ Shahzada Zulfiqar and Secretary-General Nasir Zaidi termed it a heinous crime and demanded immediate arrest of culprits. They said the authorities must not ignore such incidents.

PFUJ leadership said that it is the Sindh government’s responsibility to arrest the perpetrators and award them exemplary punishment.

They demanded that provincial and federal governments provide safety and security to journalists.
