Gunman threatens to kill VSH News journalist

KARACHI —A journalist from VSH News Television, Iqbal Baloch, received a death threat from an armed man in the Kala Pul area. According to reports from the channel, the incident occurred in broad daylight when a vehicle with the registration number AYJ 496 intercepted Baloch’s car. The gunman threatened to kill Baloch during the confrontation.

This alarming incident adds to a troubling pattern of harassment faced by VSH News journalists. The channel has reported multiple instances of threats and intimidation directed at its staff in the past, highlighting ongoing concerns about the safety and security of journalists in the region.
