EJN offers funding for innovative biodiversity reporting projects

EJN is offering grants to media organizations to enhance reporting on biodiversity issues. These grants aim to increase the quality and quantity of biodiversity stories, build journalist capacity, and highlight the connections between biodiversity, climate, and health. Media organizations in low- and middle-income countries, especially those in biodiversity-rich regions, are eligible to apply. Projects should focus on public awareness, conservation solutions, and innovative storytelling. Grants range from 10,000 to 12,000 EUR, with a 12-month project timeline. Applications must be submitted in English by the deadline.

Application deadline: March 30, 2025
