Aamir Liaquat attacked reportedly by PPP workers

KARACHI – BOL News presenter and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) member Aamir Liaquat Hussain faced a shocking assault on Tuesday, reportedly at the hands of workers from the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). The incident occurred at a local police station where tensions between rival party workers had escalated.

In a video clip posted on social media, Liaquat recounts the harrowing experience, stating that he had visited the police station to resolve the ongoing conflict between the opposing party members.

“The PPP goons were drunk and attacked me and tore my clothes,” Liaquat is seen saying in the video, visibly distressed. He describes how the situation quickly turned violent, leading to the assault. This incident has sparked outrage among PTI supporters and raised concerns about the escalating political tensions.

The video has since gone viral, prompting discussions on social media about the safety of political figures and the aggressive tactics employed by rival party workers. PTI officials have condemned the attack, calling for a thorough investigation and strict action against those responsible.
